McNair’s story is truly tragic and should be used to discourage cheating. In the lead up to McNair’s death, the NFL quarterback began an affair with Sahel Kazemi. She was stressed out because of her money problems and McNair helped her out where he could, but did not end his marriage. 

In a crime of passion, Kazemi lured McNair to a condo he was leasing in Nashville and McNair four times, twice in the head and body, before killing herself. A friend discovered the two bodies soon thereafter.
