His pass-catching and TD-scoring talents were undeniable. But Randy Moss was not the greatest teammate. He admitted to using marijuana long before it was kosher to do so, mooned the crowd at an opposing field, and once walked off the field with his team losing a game.
Other NFL players’ perception of Moss was that he was supremely talented, but lacked 100% perseverance and work ethic. Many felt he was a harmful influence on a locker room.
