Jackie Johnson is no newbie in the meteorology game. For around two decades, she has brought the weather to the people. The good news, the bad news. The snowy news, too! As a Michigan native, she personally knows a lot about that part. But if she was talking about anything local, it wasn’t very cold.

After college in Tennessee, she moved to Florida. She landed a TV job in Tallahassee, responsible for the weekend weather reports. Her station was initially WCTV-TV, but she transferred to being a prime-time weather woman for KCBS-TV. Now, she’s retired: After giving birth to children, she made the decision to leave professional life to be a mommy!
