Lewis played six years with the Boston Celtics and never won an NBA Championship. Unfortunately, Lewis wouldn’t get another chance at NBA Finals glory, as he collapsed on the court while he was getting himself in shape for the upcoming season.

Lewis had had some health concerns before his deadly heart attack, the suddenness of his passing still shocked the NBA community.
